Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th July 1983. The first job she had after school was in the industry of real estate. Tarek El-Moussa, her future husband, also worked in this industry. They had a great time up until 2008, when the stock market crashed and a lot of house flippers as well as real estate investors were bankrupt. Tarek El Moussa almost wiped out in the 2008 financial crisis. From a $6,000-per-month home, up to a condo that cost $700 per month. In the meantime, their business as well as the economy overall recovered. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek requested a colleague to aid him in making an HGTV audition tape which showed him and Christina flipping a house from beginning to end. Pie Town Productions executives received the tape. The execs were infatuated with Christina's story of love between Tarek and Christina. In 2012 the couple reached a deal with HGTV. The program "Flip of Flop" began its run on the 13th of April, 2013. In seven seasons, the show was broadcast between 2013-2017. The series featured Christina and Tarek buying properties in Orange County. They would invest weeks in transforming the homes so that they could sell the properties for a profit. Tarek's primary focus is deconstruction and renovating, while Christina is focused on designing.
